I crave proper food so it's steak n eggs today.
I had fried fresh sardine fillets for supper last night and even though they are supposed to be really good for you (but relatively expensive) I won't be buying anymore!

We've been into town today to pick up a under the counter freezer, went around to my sister's to help them put up a security camera and got help fixing our shredder, then came home, starving, so we had wraps with coronation chicken and salad that I made earlier. Delish.

B. Cherry plums, granola & yogurt
L. Heinz Cheesy beans and Waitrose sourdough bread with buckwheat (both FREE)
D. YS Cheese pizza £1.25 but it will give me 4 meals!.

Lunchtime waa a rump steak & a gammon steak.
This evening is pork chops and a new one on me Burrata. Buratta was reduced so I thought I would try it. Glad I did as it was very tasty and inkeeping with the carnivore diet!  I won't mind paying full price for it in future if it is still available!
