Its raining. Big Grin The perfect day for having the driveway pressure washed!! Thankfully, I'm not doing it and I'm sure the man who is will have waterproofs.

It's changing from rain to sunshine every hour here today. There's been enough of a gap in the rain for me to go and harvest lots of red russian kale that is destined for the freezer. Three big boxes! There will be more - they're very vigorous plants.

Your weather is very similar to my weather today! Rain & sunshine!

The rain eased off lunchtime and the "man" stayed dry - or as dry as you can when pressure washing - especially when he loaded everything back in his van and accidentally triggered the spray over himself. .............Oh, how we laughed.  Big Grin He looked like he had big black freckles!

First named storm of the year started rolling in over night. With very heavy rain and wind gaining speed. Ferries & trains (on mainland ) are cancelled. Gusting to 60mph later. With the trees being in full leaf , it’s probably going to get messy.

Stay safe, SC and batten down the hatches.
Its raining here and breezy. I won't be walking under the apple trees, or the oaks, for that matter, today. Its surprising how painful an acorn on the head can be!!
