|
Today I was going to have surf n turf with trout and sirloin steak.
The two sirloin steaks were cooked well before the oven cooked fish so I had them by themselves with butter.  I was full after that so the oven cooked trout with a coating of pesto will be eaten cold when I become hungry again  . I may even have some scrambled eggs and cottage cheese with the trout fillets. I filleted and skinnned the trout so, broken up into bite size pieces the pesto coated fish should go well with the eggs and cheese?

Also added an avocado to last nights meal and I was stuffed after it and ready for a lie down.
Today I have beef mince to use up and some breast of lamb. They will be the basis for a couple of meals with eggs & cheese probably playing a part in whatever I concoct?

Powerbowl for Kato and I comprising mince, 5 eggs scrambled and grated cheeese on top. Mine had red & green olives added as well. Kato ate all of his and I put some of mine in the fridge for ron.
