What it says in the title! Just a record of what you've harvested from your garden and stored in the freezer.

For example, I've frozen my first container of raspberries today. They'll emerge next winter for my breakfast or be mixed with more soft fruit to make jam..

Nothing so far, although I might freeze some strawberries. Although to be fair they're not best when frozen. Mum used to make strawberry freezer jam. Nothing else is giving enough produce yet.

To be "self sufficient-ish" in fruit to add to my breakfast throughout the year, I need to freeze at least 20 boxes - that's using one box a week for the 20 weeks of November - March. I'm hoping to have fresh fruit for the rest of the year. Starting with rhubarb in April and ending with apples in October. May be able to store some apples to use at the end of the year - or dry some when there's a glut.
Five boxes frozen to date. 5/20. Big Grin

I aim to do something similar with P's pudding most years. He has some sort of stewed fruit and custard most evenings. Bottled apple and rhubarb have kept him going all last winter with the frozen berries to liven up the stewed apple.

A box of fruit 6/20 and 2 boxes of DFB. I don't really like them frozen but didn't want to waste them.

Freezer space is more limited now as got rid of old chest freezer but so far have frozen 6kg red currants and a kilo each of raspberries and black currants. I've got a few cauliflowers all ripening (is that the right word?) together which could end up with some frozen if can't give them to anyone.
