NOT the Bargain basement!

Not garden related but Morries are running a "special" offer on vacuum sealed Pyrex dishes. For every £10 you spend in store you're given a "More Card stamp". , You need 30 stamps to receive a free item (which means spending £300). You also need to "buy" a vacuum sealer pump, which is Free if you have 30 stamps (that's another £300 spent). At the rate I spend, it would take me about 2 years to spend £600 and the offer expires in June!!

I noticed this Veggie! I spend about £70 a week in Morries but have no use for Pirex dishes! I haven'l looked into it,but I wouldn't mind a vacumm sealer if it was for nowt?

Has anyone had any dealings with the organic gardening catalog?

He was tempted to buy the purple asparagus for me. Until he started reading the comments. Most people haven’t seen their asparagus order or getting less than advertised. In some cases getting a packet of seeds for a completely different veg and none organic! 

I’m right in thinking there’s a gardening organic category? I’m sure I used to get it. I’m guessing this bunch of Facebook cowboys have just swapped the name about a bit so they can ripping off their customers and giving the company a bad name /reputation . 

I was nearly taken in by it when Bob showed me the post. It was only the comments that made me look again.

IIRC the original Organic Cardening company was taken over by one of the big rubbish companies - connected with youknowwho.
