Scrambled eggs with chilli flakes early doors (6.30 am) A kipper for lunchafter excercising and shopping (Strange how I like the dark meat on a kipper but find it didtasteful on white fish like cod, haddock, Pollack etc?)
Halftime in the newcastle match was air fried rump steak! 4 nil at the mo! 
In eevening Daughter said Imgoing to chippie do you want owt, "I go on then,I'l lhaev a kebab",,,,,,,,,,just couldn't resist and Kato got half of it.

I have a pond of beef mince that needs using up, so will probably be smashburgers with cheese and pickle shared with Kato.
Supper was scrambled eggs and tinned ham.
