Chipped away at the ice that had formed near the front top ofthe freezer and found a half a bag of Chicken Fajita mix with a clothes peg keeping bag shut. Also found a box with twp chicken Kievs filled with cheese & pesto.
I had the oven cooked Kievs with the pan fried Fajita for my makeshift tea!

Bacon,egga & black pudding earlier. I shall see what I can pick up on Morries cheapie counter for Ron.
Finished up being a YS red Thai chicken curry reduced from 3 pounds summat to just ove a quid!

A 5 egg cheese omelette topped with fried flavoued mince! Couldn't eat it all so will polish it off later.

B. The last of the granola, flax and yogurt
L. Watercress, rocket and spinach salad with tomatoes and Gruyere cheese
D. Quorn sausages, baked beans and a 2 egg omelette.
All FREE except the sausages.
