Strange mix today. For brekkie, three fried eggs. For lunch three homemade burgers. For supper four small YS lamb chops, three scrambled eggs and pineapple cottage cheese!

Tonight is lamb chops with pumpkin & potato mash with steamed vegetables. With a sauce, don’t know what yet.

Yesterday was YS Kirsty's ginger & spring onion chicken which was meh!
Today is tandoori chicken portions, which once opened contained four chicken legs and two chicken thighs. Only the thighs were visible so I assumed they were all thighs! I feel duped!
