Yesterday was lamb chops for elevenses, chicken kievs for tea time and slow cooked brisket for supper.
Today will be steak.

Change of plan (again)  from my normal sirloin steak!  I forgot I still had half a brisket joint in the slow cooker from yesteday!  Seeing as I was at he plot earlier I harvested some broad beans to have with it and a tiny bit of buttered, peppered swede!
For brunch earlier (eaten in car on way home from excercising)I had a couple of scotch eggs.

B. Yogurt
L. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grated cheese, mixed seeds & mayo.
Grapes.
D. Veggie burgers in bread rolls with balsamic onion chutney.
All FREE except the burgers (£1 for 8 - clearance offer in Morries).

B. Strawberries, yogurt & granola
L. Cheese & cucumber in a wholegrain roll.
D. Grated courgette, mixed with Marrowfat pea flour and mint, a beaten egg and dollops were shallow fried. Eaten with Cranberry sauce.

Round to the neighbours for tea. Roast mutton. Followed by sticky toffee pudding.
