Yesterday was smashburgers shared with Kato and a ribeye for Ron.

Today will be pork chops & prawns up til now,but that may change depending on how I feel?

B. Rhubarb and strawberries, granola, flax seeds & yogurt
L. Avocado and tomatoes, Tiger baguette. Tangerine.
D. Seabass with baby potatoes and carrots
Doughnuts that were a bit lacking in the jam department so I added my own raspberry jam.

^^^^^ forgot to add the Yellow Sticker Smoked Haddock I got yesterday! Rolleyes

Made for a tasty meal with the lamb chops grilled and the smoked fish steamed in the frying pan with cream & water. After removal I warmed up the prawns in the residue! Cool
