Boiled eggs for brekkie. Ribeye steak for lunch. Picked up some YS chicken mince so will try making some scotch eggs rolled in in grated parmesan with it for Ron?

D. Leftover lentil cottage pie with stirfried mushrooms, leeks and cabbage, with a dash of Sweet Chilli sauce.

I don't think I was Mr popular at Morrisons butchers. I asked for a large chunk of belly pork to be sliced up into thin slices. I didnt realise they didnt have a bacon slicer and butcher had to cut it by hand with a large knife! 
Anyway, i put some in the air fryer and cooked it off until it was crispy. With it I had five halved boiled eggs.
