|
Co-op 15% fat beef mince fried until just about done then an egg 'scramled' into it. I had to add butter as the 20% Morries mince is quite succulent but this was as dry as sticks!. Later I had an egg banjo as I didn't like to waste the YS bread buns I had bought when I was desperate for a bacon sarnie on Tuesday!

Shared a tin of Spam,cold,straight from the tin with Kato fror brekkie! Late lunch will be fried thinly cut steak swith butter.Supper will be oven cooked belly pork.

B. Toast and strawberry jam (made June 2018 - finished the jar today).
L. Soup made from Leftovers - half tin of tomatoes, cooked leeks and carrots.
D. Penne pasta with some lunchtime "soup" on it and grated cheese.
Having got rid of all the fridge leftovers I now have cooked pasta leftover!

Scrambled eggs in beef tallow with tinned burgers which I found at the back of th cupboard,for lunch! For Ron, probably beef mince smash burgers?
