B. Sourdough bread & Blackberry jam

D. Red beans in chilli sauce, carrots, broccoli and mashed potato.

Pork & stuffing joint to go in oven. I have withrawal symptoms for a ribeye so may have that and use the pork joint sliced cold for tomorrrow?

D. A Salmon Poke Bowl??? Daft name for a bowl of cold rice with bits and pieces in it - salmon, edamame beans, red cabbage, crispy onion and some other stuff with a soy sauce dressing.

I've been 'picking' at various foods today as I have been cooking.My homemade scotch eggs with finely chopped chorizo added to the pork surround are to die for! Some had an outer coating of bacon and the others had a hoemade panko covering of ground pork scratching. I've also been hacking away at a pork & stuffing joint and made and eaten some poek scratchings in the air fryer.............oh, and an apple!
