Yellow sticker day today. Rolleyes YS Chicken Satay breasts just been eaten. I have cooked YS saugages at the same time in oven (along with Kato's chicken thighs.) 

I had a pound of YS pork mince so mixed it with grated parmesan and an egg and made 12 meatballs for Ron. Cool

L. Toasted sourdough bread & blackberry jam
D. Leftover cod, egg fried rice, mangetout and oyster sauce

Home made meatballs from yesterday,sausages & egg early on.Just had  ribeye steak, took about 5 minutes to cook and even less to eat! Smile

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Sourdough toast, with cheese and cucumber
D. Vegan satay. peanut sauce with a Waitrose concoction of cauliflower, kale and couscous, black barley and lemon. Interesting but I wouldn't buy it.
FREE except the granola, yogurt & cheese.

Brunch was eggs,steak & black pudding. Later I had liver & onions with Bang Bang Belly pork!
