Geordie living 'ower the watter'
|
Ribeye steak and scranbled eggs with chopped garlic scapes for late breakfast, then after a hard days fishing a bit of a concoction. Oven cooked Chorizo flavoured sausages with cottage cheese and blackcurrant & ginger jam on top.  Not as bad as it sounds actually.

B. Strawberries, granola & yogurt
L. Toasted cheese bread
D. A box of something I'd made last year from the freezer - chickpeas, courgettes, french beans, onions and tomatoes. Must have been using up all the leftovers!!

I do get caught out sometimes like when I thought a box of beetroot salad was blackberries and the apple puree was mashed potatoes.
