Bottled and barrelled!
Seems to have held it's 'Pink' colour up til now,
I'll just have to see how it ferments?

Just had a look on youtube and put in a search for Elderflower and Strawberry Champagne. This is what i found:-

This appears to be more of an alcoholic version and uses raisins instead of lemons plus it has yeast added.
And here's me thinking I was being original!

Just had my first taste. Plenty of taste and fizz.
Strange though, it looks and tastes like pink grapefruit?
Luckily, I rather like pink grapefruit!

Drinking this years brew now.
To make it last a little bit longer and still enjoy the taste I fill a pint glass 1/4 full with it and top it up with cheap diet lemonade! Refreshing and tasty,especially from the fridge!
