I got to find and use my cup measures anyway!  Recipe makes a lot of patties so either I freeze them, or live on patties for a day or two!

Same as yesterday but with taco beans in sauce. Still peckish so just cooked off the last of my trout goujons from the freezer hoping to catch some more trout on a family fishing expedition on Saturday. I will have this trout cold with a bit of salad as I need to up my omega 3 intake!
