A cheap tin of tuna in brine,an egg,a red chilli and half a red onion, mixed together and made into three patties. Cooked in oven on greaseproof paper.
Served on a plate with salad. Yum!

My NEW healthy living Sunday Dinner.
Yellow sticker turkey breast steaks coated with Italian herbs, mashed sweet potato,cauli and broad beans with lashings of gravy!
I've still got enough turkey left for another meal so may try another different coating although the Italian herbs coating was nice.
