Meatless Monday so thought I would try my hand at an experimental veggie curry! 
One tin of chopped tomatoes, one tin of chickpeas, one tin of coconut milk, one red onion chopped,one white onion chopped, one red pepper chopped. one green pepper chopped, half a punnet of mushrooms chopped. All boiled together in large frying pan with Garam Masala,dried chiliies,Turmeric,curry powder,smoked paprika & Cumin.
Lovely with warm Nann bread and ample for two or three servings.

L. Olive bread toast with melted cheese 1
D. MIxed kale, cabbage and peas (meal accompaniment), chickpeas and Carrot & potato mash with sweet chiili sauce. 1
