You missed one of my main ones - Alicante. Though last year with all the sunshine a lot were hard and green inside. This year I'll plant them at the end of the greenhouse where they are sheltered part of the day by a sycamore. tree.

I’ve grown Ananas Noire. I didn’t find it overly productive. And flavour not that memorable
Failed to germinate Atkins Stuffing , they were very old seed.
After looking at my list, I’ve got Auntie Madge waiting to be given a chance.
After going through my list several more times looking for other letters. I found an A you’ve not listed alfresco (midi-plum red). Never grown it so I have no idea what it’s like.

I've grown two of those:
Ananas Noir - looked beautiful, but I wasn't impressed with the flavour, I thought it was bland and mushy.
Auntie Madge - one of my favourites, extremely productive with a huge number of fruits on each truss. Tasty, old fashioned tomato flavour, very highly recommended!
