Elderflower champagne

Six days from bottling and it is quite drinkable now and will only get better!It must be a reord for me? and it is well filtered with no floaters! To test it I have made  a glass of 25% elderflower and 75% cheap lemonade. A very pronouned taste and very refreshing.

I am on my last bottle of elderflower I made last year. This stuff gets better the longer it's kept and mixed 50/50 with cheap lemonade is my go to drink!

Because I like it so much I am going to add elderflower concentrate to my shopping list, but doubt it will have the same 'homemade' taste?

I'll just have to make twice as much this year to see me right through until I make the following batch in 2027!
