A short menu today at the little island restaurant

Main - undo noodles with UBE
Pudding - pineapple upside down cake

Undone noodles, - only pasta I’ve ever eaten that I didn’t like. It’s like fat spaghetti. Very similar to eating worms.
UBE - (purple yam from the Philippians), just googled food beginning with U and found this. I like the sound of this. Wonder if it would grow on Mull.
upside down cake - I like that.

Unfortunately the Salisbury Snuggery chef is Unable to work due to Undue stress and is very Upset as the Under-chef has gone to Ukraine and is Unlikely to return.

Under the counter is an Upside-down cake for guests to take as they please.

We have taken on an Unemployed chef, given her a Uniform and hope normal service will resume tomorrow.

Anyone tasted an Ugni? I've eaten Ugli fruit which is pleasant but never an Ugni.

We had this conversation before on the Wishful Thinking Thread! I had a plant for a couple of years and I have eaten the fruit. Its a bit blueberry-ish, not very big. Nothing special so not sure while Queen Vic liked them so much!
