Just go for it, SC. A few seeds of your hardiest varieties. In a propagator by the sunniest window in your house. What do you have to lose? Better to have tried and failed, than not to have tried at all.............Oh, and if it doesn't work, try again in a few weeks time, I recommend every three weeks.

A decent day, weatherwise, so I spent it in VP7. Taking down the GH frame that had been demolished in the storm recently. It was only the outer walls, no roof, but it gives me an opportunity to change the layout inside the frame. Its 3 GH's long, so about 24' and had narrow beds along each side, with raspberry canes and grapevines. The last "GH" frame is still standing, all 3 sides of it, and the end "wall" has polycarb in it. Unfortunately, the brambles have crept in from the outside so its all a bit of a mess. Never mind, I'll win. I like a challenge.

Cleaned the little propagator and set it up ready for action in my bedroom. Its itchy finger time.
