For brunch I had pork chops,black pudding,cottage cheese & avocado with a dollop of chunky brambley apple sauce.After this evenings workout there is a ribeye with my name on it!

I got my days mixed up today and believing it was Fishy Friday,decided to have fish! I had a couple of Morries batterd fish with a tin of filleted sardines in rich tomato sauce with scrambled eggs with cream & butter added. A bit different I know, but very tasty and filling.
Probably summat involving some form of meat for Ron, possibly sausages which I think are 'on date'?
