My apples are still asleep, but they are late flowering varieties and flower April-May. Some of the wild bullace in sheltered spots in the hedgerows around here are in full flower, others more in the open are showing no sign of life.

I bought two peach trees from Lidl diddle today! The variety is called Redhaven, and according to Swedish gardening websites, it should be fine here, with protection needed only in really cold winters. No sign of life in the sticks yet, but I will plant them up in big pots and keep them indoors for now, especially since it's been snowing heavily tonight!

The early apple trees are covered in blossom, as are the pear trees. The peaches have flowered. The ?mirabelle plum and Cherries are flowering and there seem to be several wild cherries, probably self seeded from local trees. The Quince flower buds are about to open.
Still waiting for the medlar and mulberry, which isn't even in leaf yet.
Its looking like a better year for fruit blossom, than last year, when the crops were very poor. Fingers crossed this year make up for it.

Our wild cherry has been covered in blossom. Nothing else has even thought about flowering.

I have never seen so much blossom on my Conference pear tree in a large pot. Dire shortage of bees around so tried hand pollinating it with a paint brush.
I had no fruit last year and only one deformed pear the year before. I've had it for about five years now and just about given up gaining any fruit, even though it's supposd to be self fertile?

Same here, Vinny. Amazing blossom on the pear this year. The plum has also flowered. Some just coming on now.

My yellow plum tree is in flower, I think it might be a Mirabelle. Lovely fruits that we had the chance to try straight from the tree last year. I'm hoping for a good crop this year

My two pears are in flower. I haven't noticed whether there is lots of blossom, will look tomorrow. They're under threat at the moment. In all the 40 yrs we've been here they've only produced well in one or two years. A bit like the cherry that got chopped down, a waste of space. The apples are popping into bud. The ornamental cherry is an absolute picture really laden with blossom.
