All went well today but for some reason I was gagging for a bacon sarnie after the procedure (I haven't eaten bread in over six months...........but I did enjoy the sarnies!) Had a polyp removed and I already new I had diverticulaer disease but they seem to think I am off the 2week prioity big C list. I went all macho with no forms of gas & air or anaesthetic so I am able to take Kato a long walk in the dark to clear my head!

Tbh they agreed that my guts were in decent nick (I've had diverticular disease since the early 2000nds and this is only the second time it has flared up.I'm still sticking with BBB & E with very rare deviation (odd bottle of beer and an avocado) with practically zero carbs as I dont look on it as a diet and I am as fit as a butchers dog!
