Roast brisket beef is in the oven part cooked. Just neads another half an hours cooking when I feel hungry!

^^^^^ decided to add some marinaded anchovies & an onion sliced and fried in butter to my slow cooked brisket. Experiment was quite tasty served on my wooden chopping board for appeal and to save on the washing up!

Shared some Lincolnshire sausages with Kato at lunch time. He got the lions share and got very upset when he got one stuck down the side of the couch whilst lying on his blankee and I had to go and retrieve it for him.
Before I went to evening ecercises he said "Fetch a kebab in dad on your way home cos I am sick of sausages?" Consequently I shared a kebab with him on my return!
