RE: 2025 - Today's Recipe - Vinny - 26-10-2025 Roast beef today. Cut off the second piece of a large 'three Sunday joint' and bunged it in the oven fo a couple of hours covered with tinfoil! I may have some belly pok with it, if I can be botheed? but if not the joint will be enjoyed with a bit of horseradish and English mustard! Sausage sandwiches with tomatoes A pear D. Tuna mixed into rice and mixed veg, with soy sauce. All FREE except the sausages, which were leftover from 2 days ago! My usual method is to just add the eggs to the mince once cooked but Kato doesn't like eggs? So today I fried the mince and scambled the eggs sepeately. I then put kato's mince into his dish and added the remainder to the scambled eggs for me.Before I had even sat down Kato had finished his mince and sat gowering over me while I ate mine. Of course I left him some after eating all the scambled eggs out of it!
