B. Stewed apple, granola & yogurt.
Glass of apple juice from the apples cooked yesterday.
L. Cheese bread and cherry tomatoes, Physalis,
D. Vegan Shawarma strips from the freezer, cooked with a big spring onion and a mushroom. Eaten in some wraps with mayo, lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

All FREE except the granola & yogurt.

L. Toast & Marmite. Tangerine. Packet of crisps later.
D. Leftover wraps, vegan strips, tomatoes, mayo & mixed salad leaves.

Scrambled eegs this moning, lemon chicken for lunch and pork joint with my home made apple sauce for supper.

No breakfast today and yellow sticker sirloin steak and rump steak (had to have em!) Smile  for lunch with scrambled eggs and an avocado.

Plenty of meat/fish  in fridge and freezer for ron but would like to abstain if possible? as I am trying to lose a few pounds in weight! Rolleyes

D. Leftover tinned potatoes lightly fried, then added a tin of chilli beans and tomato puree. Served with melted Mozzarella.

As it's fishy Friday I decided NOT to abstain this evening and had a couple of Birdseye fish fillets fo supper with pink pickled onions.
