Roast lamb with moroccan flavours, mushroom sauce and roast salt and vinegar potatoes, with a sticky chocolate cake with a tosca caramel coconut topping, served with cream or icecream.

£2.10p's worth of belly pork cut tnto chunks, seasoned with gyros seasoning and cooked in air fryer for tea time.

After exercising tonight a rather nice sirloin steak! Cool

I have finally, after many years, figured out how to fry eggs to my liking! Blush  A cooked white, soft yolk, sunny side up, Big Grin and white on the bottom of egg as well! 
 Lard and temperature are my newfound fomulae!

I digress, Kato and I had smashbugers with grated cheese and I had three fried eggs to go with mine for lunch. That will do me fo now but I will probably have either sausages or another silroin steak afte my Abs workout & then Barre this evening? Huh
