Well, after a trip to Morries after exercising I managed to pick up a yellow sticker Caesar chicken salad which I had for my supper once I got in.

Brekkie was Greek yoghurt with blueberies and blackcurant jam washed down with a cup of bulletproof coffee befoe tappy lappying off to allotment.
On return from allotment I had a rump steak and a large smashburger (similar size to steak).
A couple of battered Pollack fillets will do me for supper after evening workout.?

B. Fig jam on wholemeal toast
L. Marmite on a cheese topped bread roll. Apple, straight off the tree.
D. Tuna pasta bake using old ingredients! Fusilli pasta (7/22). Tuna 12/23, Tuna Pasts Bake sauce mix ( 2/23) tinned sweetcorn & peas (9/25) -----I know, I know, its in date but I didn't have a suitable old tin.
All FREE except Marmite.

Indian takeaway tonight. Our neighbour got back from his fortnights work trip yesterday and bought our takeaway back with him again. I’ve ordered rogan Josh and garlic naan. Can’t remember what Bob ordered lamb something with garlic naan.
