RE: 2025 - What I did today - Small chilli - 29-12-2025
I’ve started tidying the tunnel today. Pulled up all the old cockscomb. Cleaned the cockscomb seed. That’s been drying. Pulled up all the old tomatoes, aubergine and basil plants. Dug up the calendulas that was still doing quite well. Stuck it in its own pot. Topped up the bed with 3 barrow loads of manure and covered with cardboard. Emptied another bed. And fixed holes in the tunnel plastic. Also emptied the salad bar.

Nothing outdoors today just cleaning kitchen drawers and cupboards.
Some for the charity shop, some for Mr B’s weigh in scrap pile the rest binned.

Cleaned up and plugged in the propagator. Filled some modules with compost and put them in the prop to warm up before sowing.......who knows what??
Planted some sprouting Elephant garlic that had been sitting around since last year. Pulled up some weeds in the permanent EG bed and bunged the EG in the gaps.
My fingers are itching.
