Cooked a large rump steak in air frye, cut it up into bite sie pieces added it to a fying pan with 1/4 lb of butter melted in it first. Beat up six eggs and added lots of grated cheese before adding to pan. Fried off for a short while then stuck the pan under a hot grill to finish off.
I had half for brunch with a bulletpoof coffee and the other half I will have cold after evening wokouts.

D. YS fish mix (prawns, crabsticks & mussels), cooked in Hoisin sauce, with rice and tinned sweetcorn.

B. Toasted muffins with apricot jam
L. Avocado. tomatoes, chives. wild rocket, rice and sweetcorn with a dollop of tomato mayo.
D. Leftover seafood, sweetcorn & rice with hoisin sauce.
All FREE except the YS seafood.

Pok chops and YS PSB at about 2 o clock. This evening after my workout I couldn't be bothered to cook so shaerd a donar kebab from the local chippy with Kato. He's getting quite good at catching bits of kebab meat now, whereas he used to be rubbish. Practice makes perfect I presume!
